Gabriel Perez

Gabriel studied law at the University of Toulouse and has obtained a Post-Graduate degree in Intellectual Property at the Grenoble University (France).

After a first experience, as a lawyer, in the film industry, Gabriel worked for a firm of Industrial Property Counsel in Paris. He joined Novagraaf Belgium in 2008.

Gabriel specializes in the fields of trademarks, designs, copyrights and domain names.

Gabriel is a Registered European Trademark and Design Attorney before OHIM. He is also a representative before the Benelux Office and has passed the Aptitude exam in Trademarks and Designs before the French Trademark Office (INPI).
