Cathy Van den Daelen
Cathy studied Law at the University of Ghent. She worked several years at the Control services of the collecting societies and as lawyer at the Brussels Bar during 5 years. She is working with Novagraaf since May 2006.
She obtained her master in Intellectual Property at the Catholic University Brussels (KUB) and is a member of the ABA (association defending the interests of copyright owners).
Cathy has a great experience in Intellectual Property but also, given her professional experience, a global legal approach which may give a different view on certain aspects .
She has a particuar interest in anticounterfeiting and speaks Dutch, French and English fluently.
