Alexander D. von Franquemont
Alexander graduated from Law School at Univertsity of Leyden and added some additional law subjects at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
After several years of experience as legal counsel in various fields of law, among others at one of the Big Five law firms in Amsterdam, he now concentrates since 2004 on Intellectual Property law and is also a Benelux and European Trade Mark Representative.
He furthermore graduated from the training for professionals of the BMM and is a member of this Benelux Association for Trade Mark and Design Law. His experience as an in house legal counsel on the one hand and external counsel on the other hand gives him great advantage in advising and negotiating on IP issues.
